Financial management
The Financial Management Service has an important mission in supporting research. This involves setting up and monitoring the unit's financial resources. This consists of :
- Assisting the Directorate in the preparation of the unit's common budget;
- Managing the research credits obtained from public or private funding bodies.
- Ensuring the implementation of revenue and expenditure procedures such as: notification of credits, orders, missions, calls for tender, service contracts, financial justifications for research contracts.
- To act as an interface with the financial services of the supervisory bodies: CNRS and UNIVERSITE MONTPELLIER
The management service is open: mornings / afternoons by appointment
